Cropex Zn-Glycin is a chelated zinc micronutrient designed to correct zinc deficiency quickly and support healthy crop growth across a wide range of crops. Its zinc-glycine based formulation helps the nutrient remains more available for plant absorption, allowing faster uptake through foliar application compared to many conventional zinc sources. Zinc plays a key role in leaf development, enzyme activity, tillering, bud formation, and balanced crop growth, especially during periods of active vegetative and reproductive development. Zn-Glycin helps crops maintain greener foliage, stronger growth, and nutrient utilization when hidden zinc deficiency starts limiting performance. Need based application supports improved flowering, fruit set, grain filling, and crop quality in both field and horticultural crops.

Stage Specific Benefits

  • Early growth stage: Supports seedling establishment, early leaf growth, and stronger crop development where zinc demand begins to rise.
  • Active vegetative stage: Helps maintain healthy leaf size, greener foliage, and efficient metabolic activity for vigorous crop growth.
  • Pre-flowering & flowering stage: Supports bud initiation, flowering uniformity, and reproductive development in zinc-responsive crops.
  • Fruit / Pod / Grain development stage: Helps sustain nutrient movement, grain filling, fruit development, and overall crop quality during yield formation.

Composition

  • Chelated Zinc as Zinc Glycine: 6.8%

Dosage & Method of Application

  1. 1.Foliar spray: 1.5–2 ml per litre of water & per acre spray dose: 300–400 ml.
  2. 2.Frequency of application: Apply based on deficiency and crop stage requirement.

Crop-Product Advisory

  1. 1.Soil/Crop condition dependency: Best suited for crops grown in zinc-deficient soils, high-pH/calcareous soils, or fields showing poor tillering, shortened leaves, chlorosis, and weak growth.
  2. 2.Recommended use stage: Most effective from early vegetative growth to pre-flowering stage when zinc demand strongly influences crop establishment, tillering, and reproductive preparation.
  3. 3.Recommended combination: Can be used along with balanced NPK nutrition and compatible micronutrient programs where crops need stronger vegetative growth and reproductive support.
  4. 4.Standard practice to follow: Use based on crop need, visible deficiency symptoms, or planned micronutrient schedule; maintain uniform spray coverage for best foliar response.
  5. 5.Precaution: While mixing multiple nutrients, always fill the tank with water first, then add each product individually to prevent chemical reactions and nutrient precipitation/ lockup.
