Way2Agritech is a digital platform providing access to agricultural inputs including:
- Fertilizers and crop nutrition products
- Pesticides and crop protection solutions
- Farm machinery and equipment
- Irrigation systems and AgriClinic expert consultation
4. Use of the Platform
4.2 Prohibited Use
- Violation of any laws or regulations
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is less.
- No liability for loss of profits or business opportunities
- No liability for crop damage or agricultural losses
- No liability for third-party products or services
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
