Gharda Cutox marketed by Way2Agritech, is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide based on Copper Oxychloride 50% WP. Cutox provides strong protective action against a wide range of fungal and bacterial diseases by forming a protective copper layer on plant surfaces. The copper ions released from Cutox disrupt enzyme activity in pathogens, preventing spore germination and disease spread. Due to its low solubility and gradual copper release, Gharda Cutox ensures long-lasting protection even under humid and rainy conditions. Cutox fungicide is a highly refined and chemically modified formulation engineered specifically for safe crop spraying compared with raw copper sulphate, which needs to be neutralized with lime (Bordeaux mixture).

Crop-Product Advisory
- 1.Best suited for: Best suited for preventive control of leaf spots, blights, cankers, and bacterial diseases, especially during humid, rainy, and disease-favorable periods.
- 2.Infestation level: Apply before visible disease spread or at first symptom appearance to create a strong protective layer on plant surfaces.
- 3.Recommended combination: Can be combined with Calcium and Boron-based nutrients to strengthen cell walls and improve disease tolerance during susceptible crop stages. Avoid direct mixing with acidic or highly incompatible products.
- 4.Application interval: Reapply every 10 days during high disease pressure or after heavy rainfall to maintain effective crop protection.
- 5.Resistance management: As a multi-site contact fungicide, it is ideal for rotation or tank-mix programs to reduce resistance pressure in integrated disease management schedules.
- 6.Precaution: Avoid spraying during flowering and very tender crop stages unless disease risk is high, as excess copper may cause phytotoxicity. Do not spray in extreme heat.
